Job description

• Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p –with 24hr call (Assigned and unassigned patients.), inpatient call, surgery as needed, supervise 2 NPs (meaning available by phone and able to go to clinic, which is on site, to assist/discuss if needed) and Saturday-Sunday – 24-hour inpatient call coverage
• Job Setting: inpatient
• Coverage Dates: 10 days per month, ongoing need.
• Types of Cases: Bladder cancer, Erectile dysfunction, Incontinence, Kidney stones, Overactive bladder, Testicular cancer, Urologic infections, and stones. Cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy
• 116 beds
• Patients per day/Volume: 20 patients in clinic, 6 in hospital. Procedures 1 to 2 days a week
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: There are 2 full-time NPs. The locum may need to report to the clinic, if needed, for either NP assistance and/or patient follow up if the NP is unable to complete due to complexity. clinic registration and nurse
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 Days
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Active state license

• 10 shifts per month
• Ongoing assignment
