3 Experienced Primary Care Physicians Needed for a Walk-in Clinic close to New Haven, CT

•Start Date: ASAP or as soon as credentialed

•Assignment length: 6 months with potential to extend

•Credentialing timeframe: Trying to get approval for temporary privileges. Typical timeline is 90-120 days

•Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift, 8a – 5pm, 40 hours per week

•Patient type: all adult patients, no kids

•Support Staff: 6 physicians, MA, RN

•Experience: 2-3 years preferred. Need a doctor that will not need any additional training

•EMR: Epic

•Local candidates are preferred but they are open to travelers

•CT license is required
