Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant needed in Los Angeles, CA

Job description

A facility in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Location: Children's Hospital Los Angeles
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6a-4p plus 2-3 nights of call coverage per week, 6p-6a (onsite)
Job Setting: Inpatient Neurosurgery
Types of Cases: Pre/Post Op rounds on surgical floor and ICU, No 1st Assist and a carry pager for floor calls
Procedures: Shunt Taps; Ventriculoperitoneal (VP) Taps/Reprogramming
Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
Requirements: Must be board certified and have active California license
