"Brand new opportunity serving as Chief Medical Officer of a busy geriatric-focused primary care practice. This group services in senior communities throughout the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. • Provide true impact in senior communities by joining a program that is not your traditional brick and mortar private practice and is out in the community• Leadership to 42 providers (MDs, PAs, & NPs) in several senior community settings including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Transitional Care, Memory Care, and Long-Term Care• Monday-Friday schedule with no call requirements • Administrative responsibilities will flex every week with protected weekly time • Provide Clinical Leadership though medical direction, regulation visits, quality assurance, physician engagement, and community outreach • Compensation packages starting at $350K with 6 weeks off per year and 100% employer paid health insurance premium + retirements, paid med mal, and full benefits package Community Details:• The Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, also known as the Twin Cities, is a quietly cool and cultured Midwestern gem. • Even with a population of over 3.6 million people, this city offers plenty of natural beauty and places of serenity with an abundance of waterfalls, lakes and hiking. • The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is consistently rated among the best in the nation according to Travel & Leisure.
