About the clinician's workday

The clinician will work from 7:30am-4:30pm, with a schedule of 7 days on and 14 days off, with a 1:3 shared call for overnight OR needs. The role is 85% inpatient and 15% outpatient, working directly with 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. Key responsibilities include co-managing pre/post-surgery care for hospital patients, assisting with triage needs, first-assisting in the OR, performing endoscopic vein harvesting, managing chest tubes and wounds, and performing thoracentesis and arterial lines.
