An outpatient HIV center is seeking an infectious disease physician for locum tenens coverage.

Jacksonville, Florida is filled with beaches and national parks for you to relax and unwind after a shift. The hot weather makes this a short-town almost all year-round.

About the clinician's workday

This position has potential for permanent placement if the assignment goes well. The credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days, with possible Q6 start. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a mandatory clock-out for lunch. The first appointments begin at 8:40 am, and last appointments are at 3:40/4:00 pm. Facility operating hours are M-F 8-5. The patient demographic is HIV-positive patients of all ages. Required certifications include BC, an active FL license, and an active DEA. The physician must be comfortable seeing all ages.
