Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Needed

Location: Yreka, CA

Start Date: July

Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend

Shift Details: M – TH; 10 hour days (8 hours for patient visits, 2 hours for admin/documentation)

Work Details:  
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
• Patients per day: 16 PPD
• Call Schedule: 1:5 weeknights and weekends
• Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
• EMR: Epic

Requirements: 
• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: Yes

Credentialing time frame: 4-6 weeks
