About the clinician's workday
The shifts are 8, 10, and 12 hours. Requirements include proficient in ER procedures, active VT License & DEA, BC/BE EM/FM/IM, active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS if not ABEM. Cred time is 4 weeks. The EMR is CPSI. Travel and lodging is covered.

- Case load/PPD: 14,000 annual volume site
- Support staff: 34 hours of MD coverage, 10 hours of APP coverage
