Job description

• Adult only outpatient (All ages would be plus)
• Full time Coverage Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (only 5, 8 hour shifts)
• BC Required, PromiseID Required, Suboxone a plus
• Provider will see an average of 10 patients per day
• Evaluations: up to 90 minutes
• Med check: 30 minutes (45 minutes if patient did therapy on the visit)
