We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team. As a Social Worker and Mental Health Counselor, you will be an integral part of our youth centers, delivering expert social work services to patients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will address the psychosocial needs of individuals facing challenges. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate social work perspectives into the overall treatment plan.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute situations.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adults.
Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
