2 Urological Surgery APPs Needed in CA

Job description

I have a client in San Francisco who needs 2 Urological Surgery APPs for locum coverage starting in August/September. Here are a few details:

26 weeks

Shifts/Schedules: 5 x 8 or 4 x 10 shifts per week

Patient population/age: Mostly adult/geriatric – some older adolescents

EMR: EPIC

Skills required: Experience in one of the following: surgical oncology, surgery, urology, medical oncology. Experience in surgical oncology highly preferred. Willing to consider new grads if they have a lot of nursing surgical oncology or urology experience. Clinic is very busy and fast paced, must be comfortable in this environment. The facility and faculty are known for innovative research and is world renowned for the urology work being done.

Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Outpatient

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• NP must have one of the following: A-GNP-C, ANP-C, FNP-C, GNP-C, AGPCNP-BC, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, GNP-BC, ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPNC-AG, OR ACNPC.
• PA, must have Masters in Physician Assistant Studies or Masters in Medical Science (as a part of a PA program).
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: AHA BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1 – 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
