Facility: A full-service, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that identifies unmet needs and gaps in health-related services and develops client-centered programs to address those needs. This provider has five main locations and a variety of secondary sites across the greater Houston area. In each of these locations, you will find high-quality, affordable health care for the entire family in a confidential, judgment-free environment. Opportunity: Outpatient primary care position seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physicians. Monday - Friday schedule with No weekends or Call. 1.0 FTE but hours can be flexible for the right candidate. Join a team of Primary Care providers with ample support from specialists and Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Average volume of 20-25. EMR system in place. Compensation: Excellent salary with full benefits. Sign-on and relocation are offered along with PTO. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
