Job Description:
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
EMR: Epic
Patients per Shift: 5-8
Beds in Department:13

Description:
7a -5p regular hours ; 5p - 7a on call. 24-hour weekend call if needed
Emergency privileges available
The site is willing to award 1 provider rotating weeks for the 2 months, eg on week on/off, two weeks on/off
Heart Program
-100 cases a year
- CABG, AVR, MVR, Mitral Clip, TAVR

Vascular program average -
100-130 cases a year
AAA Stent, Thoracic, Carotid Endarterectomy, Fem and Artery Bypass, Fistula
outpatient clinic pre op and post op appointments,
surgical assist in Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular procedures.
In patient rounding
Rotating call

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified
Board Eligible
ATLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Idaho or Compact License.
