Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Clackamas, OR

Job description

- Schedule: Operating Room – 7:00a-3:45p; Inpatient Rounding 7:15a-3:45p – Monday through Friday.
- Job Setting: Hospital
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP - 3-6 months with the option to extend.
- Types of Cases: The provider must have experience pulling Epicardial Wires, Chest Tubes, and Vein Harvesting. The provider must be proficient in endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) and First Assist. Radial artery harvest experience is a plus.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 - 60 days.
- Licensure: Must have an active Oregon license.
- Certifications: Must be board certified.
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: 1:4 Rotation between providers. 1:4 weekday and 1:4 weekends. On Weekdays will likely get a handful of calls but rarely go in. On Weekends, Provider will round in the AM for a few hours then be on call the remainder of the time. Will take calls but not likely to go back in. Call is preferred but NOT required.
