qualifications required
• Any of the following licenses/certifications in the state of Minnesota (MN):
o Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP)
o Valid Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
o Valid National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license/certification
• 2+ years experience in any of the following:
o Occupational Health
o Urgent Care

• Valid Department of Transportation Medical Examiner (DOT Medical Examiner) license/certification

What You Need to Know: Job Type: Locum Location: On-Site, Blaine, MN Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Setting: Clinic - appointments and walk-in's (occupational health / urgent care) Assignment Duration: Ends 2/29, will likely extend Our client is one of the largest healthcare companies in the nation, dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience.
