Shift Details: Site is flexible as Day, swings or nights for those shifts

St. Joseph’s
November: 1-4, 26-30
December: 1-2, 10-16, 24-30
St. Mary’s
November: 28-30
December: 24-30
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: See above dates needed
· Patients per day: 18-20
· Department description: Inpatient
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital bed size: St. Joseph-486, St. mary's 408, Holy Cross 25
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: LICENSED IN AZ ONLY NO IMLC
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
Credentialing Timeframe: TEMPS AVAILABLE

• 8 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
