Oncology Pediatric APP Needed in CA (will license)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Start: December

26-week assignment with the option to extend

Shift Details: 12 hour shifts
PICU: 6:15 Signout AM/PM
TCUP: 6:30 Signout AM/PM

Work Details:
• Support staff:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 12 shifts
• Patients per day: PICU Day: M-F 5:1, WEs 7:1, PICU Nights: 10:1, TCUP Day: 5-8:1,
TCUP Nights 16:1
• Patient population/age: peds
• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: **NP MUST BE CPNP-AC**
If PA, then a masters in physician assistant studies or medical studies required
• License required: yes, CA
• DEA: required
• Minimum experience required: Minimum experience required: 1 year of PICU, PCICU, Peds inpatient, or Peds Hospitalist experience required

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
