Facility: A nonprofit, integrated regional health system Provides comprehensive services to over 4,000 patients each day. Opportunity: Looking for an experienced NP with a passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population. Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required, Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-call Hospitalists admit, Open ICU Compensation: Base salary plus w/RVU -- competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours Medical, vision and dental insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance 403 (b) tax deferred annuity, 457 (b) deferred compensation retirement plan
