Job Title: Locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Location: Jersey City, NJ
EMR: Epic

NEO NNP NEEDED IN NJ to cover 5, 8-hour shifts per week, Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm and as needed per week
Neonatologists provide in-house NICU coverage 24/7, NNP covering well babies, Pediatric Hospitalist rounds during day and take call on inpatient and outpatient patients
No Nights, weekends as needed.
Caring for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery
Attending deliveries for high-risk Vaginal Delivery and C-sections
Conducting neonatal resuscitation when required
Participating in daily rounds in the NICU
Performing procedures as needed, such as central line placement, intubation, chest tube insertion, and exchange transfusion.
Managing admissions and discharges in both the NICU and Newborn Nursery
Overseeing daily responsibilities in the NICU and Newborn Nursery
Site will also consider providers with RN compact license
REQUIREMENTS
Must have active NJ license or RN Compact license
Must have clean background and claims history
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
 Board Certified
 NRP
