License: Need active OH or willing to get OH new license
Certs: Must be BC-PULM, Can be BE-Sleep within 5 years or BC-Sleep Medicine. ACLS, BLS
Schedule: Full time clinic need for PULM patients and sleep studies. M-F work. Some weekends needed for inpatient NON-ICU rounding a call.
