Days flexible
8:30a-5:00p
All adults
Partial Hospitalization Program, Co-Occurring/Dual-Diagnosis
8-10 patients per day
60 minute new evaluations; 15 minute med checks. Can stretch med checks to 20-30 minutes
On-site
Must be comfortable prescribing Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, Naltrex, SSRIs, and ADHD meds
Must have Medicare/Medicaid
Support staff includes master's level therapists, LCSW, NP interns, case managers
