Home Health NP/PA Coverage Needed in West Los Angeles, CA

Location: Kaiser Permanente - West Los Angeles Service Area (Home Health)

This facility is seeking a Home Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Credentialing finalization takes about 6-90 days. Must be Board Certified and have an Active State License.

W2 assignment with optional benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc)

• Setting: Home Health
• Types of Cases: Will be assisting with a Pilot program on Home Health. Medicare patients. Strong IM a plus. Will be conducting Evals, outreach and Home Visits, along with some virtual patient encounters. Because it is a pilot, they expect usually a few home health visits per day, but it will vary. Flexibility is key on assisting. Spanish Speaking highly preferred and would need to speak Spanish for 1 of the 2 providers placed.
• Schedule: Will guarantee 40 hours per week. Hours of operation are 7a-7p M-F and some weekends 8a-12p but for the most part they expect a typical 8a-5p schedule Monday – Friday. Estimated 1-2 home health visits per day in West LA, which is geographically one of the smaller S. CA service areas.
