Chicago Suburb Family Medicine! Seeking a BC/BE physician to join their growing established practice! The Practice: Flexible 5-day work week; No weekends or holidays Physician will cover own call Outpatient volume: Average 15-20 patients per day Competitive compensation package Signing bonus, relocation, 27 days of PTO, CME days/allowance and paid malpractice Comprehensive benefits, including health, life, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plan Unable to sponsor visa applicants The Community: Multiple locations in the suburbs, as close as 20 miles of downtown Chicago!
