CRNA needed in Devils Lake North Dakota

Job description

Any Supervision? (All CRNA practice no supervision)

Type of Cases- ENDO, Ophtamology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, Neonatal

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals must be proficient- Yes

Credentialing timeframe 60 days

Case logs required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Support Staff- 1 provider during the day, 2 ORs, 1 Endo. room including # of OR rooms)

EMR System: Meditech/paper charting

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Licenses: DEA / CSR required

Additional Facts Regarding Site: Sleep room provided if needed



Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified
