Pamela Ograbisz
Dr. Pamela Ograbisz, DNP, FNP-BC, serves as vice president of clinical operations at LocumTenens.com and LT Telehealth, where she leads telehealth and advanced practice staffing initiatives. Since joining LocumTenens.com in 2018, Pam has driven the implementation of more than 500 telehealth programs across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, significantly expanding access to care in rural and underserved communities. Her expertise in appraising healthcare service needs and developing telehealth programs, paired with her clinical background in cardiothoracic surgery and internal medicine, means that medical practices receive highly informed and tailored telehealth solutions. Dr. Ograbisz’s in-depth knowledge of telehealth regulations helps her seamlessly integrate telehealth into established staffing models. With over two decades of experience and a focus on innovation during a rapid evolution of the delivery of care, she is a trusted partner for medical institutions seeking to build a telehealth program from the ground up, or to leverage remote care to expand lines of service.
Jamie Threatt
Jamie Threatt is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP-BC). She obtained her B.S.Ed from the University of Georgia and her MSN and DNP from Augusta University. As a nurse, she worked in the trauma intensive care and the emergency department. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent time in the highly specialized area of neurology critical care before transitioning to pulmonary/critical care. She was most recently caring for patients in an outpatient pulmonary clinic, with a specialty in severe asthma and lung cancer. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about patient empowerment and education. She joined LocumTenens.com in 2024 as the telehealth program director to help drive healthcare innovation, helping expand healthcare access and to bring medical care to underserved communities.
Hunter Miranda
Hunter Cole helped launch Puerto Rico's first-ever telemedicine program in order to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Presently, she leads adoption and utilization of telehealth services across more than 60 service lines at LT Telehealth.
Elizabeth Drukenmiller
Elizabeth came to the LocumTenens.com enrollment team in 2023 from the CVO department, where she spent five years of experience as a credentialing coordinator. She worked directly with LocumTenens.com’s clinicians, processing their internal credentialing files to NCQA standards. In her role now, she provides clients and clinicians the guidance and assistance needed to navigate the enrollment process.
Jordan Marshall
Jordan joined LocumTenens.com in 2021 as a privileging specialist, where she discovered an untapped passion for provider enrollment, seeing it emerge often as a requirement for her privileging files. She then joined the provider enrollment team to support healthcare clients with her expertise. Thanks to her training and background, she has make her a wealth of knowledge in this area for healthcare organizations, clinicians, and, most importantly, the patients they support.
Patty Sanchez
Patty’s broad experience across the spectrum of healthcare roles has given her valuable perspectives that she can share with provider enrollment clients. In addition to her experience in healthcare administration in credentialing, privileging, risk management, audit and compliance roles, Patty also brings provider enrollment experience in urology and hospital settings. She joined LocumTenens.com on the provider enrollment team in 2023.
Keondra Williams
Keondra has more than two decades of healthcare industry experience, dating back to 2003. As a children’s psychiatry office manager, she managed the day-to-day operations and reimbursement efforts. In 2011, she ensured all physicians were licensed and enrolled with government and commercial payers for a laboratory setting. Keondra joined the LocumTenens.com licensing team in 2015, and recently brought her informed perspective on licensing, reimbursement and enrollment to the provider enrollment team.
