Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery Locums for Weekend Call Coverage in Wisconsin

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: On-call coverage is 4:30 P.M. – 7:30 A.M
Schedule: Friday - Monday 4:30p-7:30a
Work Details:
· Support staff: Surgical team- RN, MA, PA Etc.
· Patients per day: Low. They are double checking to see if they can get an average.
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Provider needs to stay in a hotel close so they can be there when called in.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: WI
· DEA: Required
· Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 - Willing to grant emergency privs to those with clean backgrounds

· Carotid Surgery
· Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
· Proctor for Atrial Fibrillation Surgery, MAZE COX IV Surgery
· Peripheral Vascular Operations
· Peripheral Angiography and Angioplasty
· Research and Development of Robotic and Transcatheter Platforms for Valve Pathology
· Complex Valve Repair/Pathology
· Mitral Valve Repair
· Aortic Valve and Complex Aortic Root Operations
· Minimally Invasive Aortic Valve Replacement
· Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement
· Adult Congenital Cardiac Repair
· Minimally Invasive Atrial Fibrillation Surgery
· Hybrid Coronary Artery Revascularization and Atrial Fibrillation Surgery
· Vascular and Endovascular Surgery
· Thoracic Oncologic Procedures

• 1-2 weekends/month
• Will cover new Wisconsin license and assist in the licensing process
