Job description

Cardiac Surgery:
• Aneurysmectomy
o Thoracic Aorta
o Ventricular

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG):
• On pump

Valve:
• Repair
• Replacement TAVR

Maze:
• On Pump
• Minimally Invasive (Mini Maze)

Thoracic Surgery:
• General Thoracic Surgery:
o Open Thoractomy
o Minimally Invasive

Lung:
• Plueurectomy
• Pneuonectomy
• VATS

• Esophagus
• Diaphragm
• Supervise Endoscopic Vein Harvesting

Thoracic Procedures:
• Bronchoscopy
• Pacemaker Placement

Vascular Surgery:
• General Vascular Surgery:
• Open EVAR
• TVAR
• Angiograms
• Carotid Endarterectomy
• Fem-Pop
• Fem-Fem
• Femoral Endarterectomy

*Must be proficient and available to do vascular surgery

Shift Details: On-call coverage is 4:30 P.M. – 7:30 A.M
Schedule: Friday - Monday 4:30p-7:30a
Work Details:
· Support staff: Surgical team- RN, MA, PA Etc.
· Patients per day: Low. They are double checking to see if they can get an average.
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Provider needs to stay in a hotel close so they can be there when called in.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: WI
· DEA: Required
· Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 - Willing to grant emergency privs to those with clean backgrounds

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
