Job description

372 bed, level 3 trauma facility in Olympia Washington has a long term needs for a Locum Vascular Surgeon. Need is through 2026 but open to less. 
-Must have current WA license or LOQ
-Need is June 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026
-Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm with 1:4 call
-Provider must be experienced and comfortable in full spectrum management of 
   venous disorders, full spectrum endovascular arterial and venous procedures.
-Compensation is $390 hourly and $3000 for 24 hour call
