ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2808022
• Location: Near Eugene, OR
• Target Start: May
• Length of commitment: 4-6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: 1 week per month
o Weekdays will be about 8 hours of work with night call coverage and call back
o Weekends will be 24-hour call with about 2-3 hours of call back work
• Shift Hours:
o Mon – Fri 9:am – 5:30 with 16 hours of night call
o Saturday – Sunday 24-hour call with call back
• Call requirement: Evenings and weekend 24-hour call
• Setting: Outpatient
• Department Description: no Rounding or admissions
• Patient demographics: Adults
• EMR: EPIC - Proficient User.
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active OR License, DEA, 5 years of OR and Endovascular experience required
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
