Specialty- Vascular Surgery

FTE needed- 2.0 (Our overall approval is for a 2.0 FTE but we do have current providers in place so what we’re looking for is 1 - 2 providers to help pick up 7 shifts a month - We can consider multiple providers – 1 to work Mon-Thur and then another to work Fri-Sun).

Daily Shift Standard (8hr or 12hr)- 8 hours and 24 hour call

Schedule:
• Weekdays will be about 8 hours of work with night call coverage and call back
• Weekends will be 24-hour call with about 2-3 hours of call back work
Shift Hours:
-M – F 0900 – 1730 with 16 hours of night call
-S – S 24 hour call with call back

Call requirement - 24 hour call

Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them- No
Can you use an NP or PA?- Yes
Licensed Candidate- Must have License already in hand prior to submission
Required certifications: Board Cert, other certs required by MSO
EMR- EPIC. Proficient User.
Any past Locum provider you would like to use?- No
Additional comments (other pertinent details, procedures)- At least 5 years of OR and Endovascular experience required.

Credentialing Timeframe-
-Standard Privileges 1.5 years, Temporary Privileges 120 days
