Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: 7a to 7a coverage, 4/18, 6/26-6/30 ending on 7/1, 7/3-7/6 ending on 7/7th. Possible ongoing or more dates in addition dates. LOCAL CANDIDATES WOULD BE IDEAL

· Patients per shift: 4
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 4
· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures: May need to consult on inpatients. Fully hospitalist and ICU attending coverage, so they would only be consultants.
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active MA License
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 – 90 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
