Job Title: Locum Tenens Vascular Surgeon

Contract Details:
Start Date: January 2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: 3 months (with potential for ongoing renewal)
Shift Details: 24-hour weekend call (Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Minimum 1 weekend per month, as needed. May not require coverage every month.

Lower Extremity Gangrene

Services Provided:
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms
Peripheral Angiography & Venography
Open Aortic Aneurysm Repairs
Carotid Endarterectomy
Carotid Stenting

Excluded Services:
Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
Thoracic Aortic Dissection

Travel Logistics:
Travel and lodging expenses covered by the client.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required in Vascular Surgery
License: Active Illinois license strongly preferred. Candidates without an IL license must be eligible under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (current and valid).
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
