This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

24 hour call, 7:00 am to 7:00 am.

Weekdays and Weekeds:

- Weekdays, up to 8-hours/day of coverage for First Assist and overnight emergency First Assist call; w/ Call Back and notification of Vascular Surgery Leadership for hours exceeding 8-hours/24 hours, on the next business day. Call Back rates do not start until 8-hours/24-hour call shift are exceeded.

- Weekends 4-hours/day coverage for rounding and emergency surgery w/ Call Back and notification of Vascular Surgery Leadership for hours exceeding 6-hours/weekend day, on the next business day. Call Back rates do not start until 4-hours/24-hour call shift are exceeded.

1099 locums assignment with full travel.

Credentialing finalization takes about 60 days. Must be Board Certified and have an active Oregon license.
