Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
Work Details: EVH, Endoscopic Vein Harvesting required

GA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
