Job description

• Full Time: 8am-5pm (lunch from 12-1) 8 guaranteed hours.
• Board Certified Required
• Onboarding/Orientation will be required in the clinic setting but no privileging is required.
• 100% Adult
• No Call
• Average 15 Patients Scheduled Per Day - No Walk Ins
• 4 Physicians In Group
• Support staff: 4 MAs - each MA is assigned to a provider, 3 MOR/Front Office
• No Supervision Required
• 5 Exam Rooms at Worksite
• Equipment: Natus EMG/NCS Machine, BP machines, EKG
• EMR: EPIC
• Will NOT Require Hospital Privileges
• Other Preferred Procedures: Occipital Nerve Blocks and Trigger Point Injections
• Has potential to be ongoing as they are currently recruiting for a permanent placement.
