Job description

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.



Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, Call x 7 days (24 hour)
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Types of Cases: Standard urology procedures in the clinic and the operating room
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified; Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Licensure Required: Active WA License OR IMLC

• 1 week per month
