Job description

Schedule: Clinic Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p Friday 8a-12p Surgery days: Tuesday and Friday after 12p. Call is after 5p M-F and all day Sat and Sun. We need coverage for 2 weeks per month
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 15-20
· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric


Work Details:
· Support Staff: Three NPs, clinic registration and nurse
· EMR: Epic

· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active TX License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

*Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days*
