Job description

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm. Call if needed 24 hours
Call Schedule/Responsibilities: on call 24 hours. Assigned and unassigned patients
Patients per Day/Volume: 20 patients in clinic

Work Details:
· Support Staff: Three NPs, clinic registration and nurse
· EMR: Epic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC Required
· License required: Yes "Will consider IMLC"
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS

*Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days*
