Urology Physician Needed – 24-Hour Call | Ongoing PRN Coverage

Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
Coverage: Approximately 4–10 shifts/month

October 13, 7:00 AM → October 15, 7:00 AM
November 2, 7:00 AM → November 5, 7:00 AM
November 9, 7:00 AM → November 12, 7:00 AM
November 30, 7:00 AM → December 1, 7:00 AM
December 17, 7:00 AM → December 21, 7:00 AM
December 28, 7:00 AM → December 31, 7:00 AM

2027 coverage: Ongoing PRN need, approximately 4–12 shifts per month. Please submit availability.

Job Details
-Adult patients only (18+)
-No scheduled patients
- Inpatient setting
-Level II Trauma Center
-228-bed hospital
-Urology PA and inpatient support available
-EMR: Cerner inpatient / GE Centricity outpatient

Responsibilities
-24-hour weekday call coverage
-AM inpatient rounding
-Emergency surgery as needed
-Cystoscopy and/or stent placement
-Kidney stone treatment, including extraction and holmium laser lithotripsy
-Testicular torsion — rare
-UTI management
-Foley catheter placement/consults from the ED or other providers
-Rounding if the MD performs a procedure and the patient remains admitted

Requirements
-Board Certified required
-PA license required; IMLC accepted
-DEA required
