Position Details
24-hour call shifts: 7a–7a
Ongoing PRN coverage with approximately 4–12 shifts/month in 2027
Adult patients 18+
Busy Level II Trauma hospital
Inpatient support from a Urology PA
Morning inpatient rounding as needed
Emergency procedures/surgery may be required while on call
Cerner for inpatient charting
GE Centricity used to review outpatient records when necessary
228-bed hospital
Facility serves as a regional hub for surrounding hospitals
Cases / Procedures
Cystoscopy and stent placement for hematuria
Kidney stone treatment/extraction
Holmium laser lithotripsy
Foley catheter placement/consults
UTIs
Rare testicular torsion
Post-procedure inpatient rounding when applicable
