Opportunity Details

Coverage Dates Available:
• August 31 – September 4
• September 8 – September 10
• September 28 – October 2
• October 5 – October 9
• October 12 – October 16

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch

Practice Details:
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Adult patient population
• Approximately 24–28 patients per day
• Support staff includes 4 Medical Assistants, 1 CSA, and 1 RN
• EPIC EMR

Procedures & Clinical Scope:
• Vasectomy
• Cystoscopy
• Prostate procedures
• Ureteroscopy
• Lithotripsy
• Orchiopexy
• Robotic surgery available
• Penile implants and vasectomy reversals performed occasionally but not required
• Opportunity to supervise APPs

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification required at time of submission
• DEA Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing:
• Approximately 90 days
• Temporary privileges available for clean files
