• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
• General Requirements:
○ Board Certification: BC in Urology
○ License Required: PA
○ DEA: yes
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Support Staff: Office/Clinic 4 MA's and 1 CSA 1 RN
