Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: June 22-26 (7am-7am) & July 6012 (7am-7am) – ongoing, Clinic and call, 1 week per month

· Practice Setting: Outpatient

· Types of Cases: Light outpatient clinic schedule, 24 hour call, will have APPs during the day who can round and see the consults

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Board certification

· Licensure Required: Active Pennsylvania license
