· Practice Setting: Hospital "No OR or Trauma"


Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC in Urology or board eligible
· License required: Yes "Will consider IMLC"
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CSR & DEA

*Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days*
