Position: Urologist
Start Date: September 2024

Coverage Type:
Cross-credentialed at both UPMC Hanover and UPMC Memorial Hospitals
Provide call coverage for one week per month, from Monday 7:00 AM to the following Monday 7:00 AM, to supplement call taken by employed urologists

Schedule Details:
One week per month

Work Details:
Practice Setting: Small community hospitals
EMR/Charting Software: Epic
Patient Age Group: 99% adult, 1% pediatric
Procedures: Includes consults, patient rounding, and surgeries. Patient phone calls are initially handled through our nurse advice line.

Requirements:
Board Certifications: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE)
State License(s): Pennsylvania (PA)
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
DEA Required: Yes
Experience: Minimum of 5 years, with normal urology surgeon requirements
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
