ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2720049
• Location: Medford, OR
• Target Start: March 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
• Schedule: Clinic: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesday - Surgeries all day.
• Call: Call is seven days out of the month. We will look to utilize two providers for this need. Two weeks on two weeks off. It is 24hr coverage (7am-7am) every day
• Support staff: Yes
• Patient population/age: adult
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: general, adult, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder u/s, TRUS biopsies, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active OR License or ILMC ** Will License, DEA
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
