Contract Length: July–December (ongoing coverage)

Schedule:

15-Aug: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
16-Aug: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
17-Aug: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
18-Aug: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
19-Aug: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
28-Nov: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
29-Nov: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)

Work Details:

Coverage Needed: July–December dates; 24-hour call only starting in August
Support Staff: 2 permanent Physicians
Average Callback: 2–6 hours per day
Surgeries (OR): 3–4 per week
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Size: 99 beds
Robotics: Available (not required)

Procedures:

Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Board Certification: BC or BE
License: Arizona license or IMLC LOQ only
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe:

Approximately 30 days
