Job description

Urology locum opportunity in Arizona available with recurring clinic + call coverage blocks available.

Schedule Highlights:
• Clinic: 8a–5p (1-hour lunch)
• Night beeper call: 5p–8a
• 24-hour call shifts (8a–8a)
• Coverage blocks in May, July, and August
• Open to full-time or 2 weeks per month
• Start: May 2026

Practice Details:
• Hospital setting (99 beds)
• 20 clinic patients per day
• 3–4 surgeries per day
• 10–15 procedures per week
• Support: 1 PA, no additional MDs onsite
• EMR: Cerner
• No robotics
• Phone interview

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona license or IMLC (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
