Schedule:

Dec 22–24: 8a–5p (1-hour lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a

Dec 25: 8a–8a

Dec 26: 8a–5p (1-hour lunch) + night beeper call 5p–8a

Dec 27–28: 8a–8a

Practice Setting: Hospital


Work Details:

Support Staff: 1 PA, MAs assigned, no other MDs on site

~20 clinic patients per day

10–15 procedures per week

3–4 OR surgeries per day

EMR: Cerner

Hospital size: 99 beds

No robotics

Optional procedures: Vasectomy, infant circumcision (outpatient)

Disposable flexible stethoscopes provided


Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Active AZ license or IMLC accepted

DEA required (no CSR)

Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing: ~30 days

Assignment Type: Locum Tenens | Full-Time or 2 Weeks/Month Considered
