Assignment Details

Coverage Type: Onsite – Hospital-based practice

Start Date: November 2025

Contract Length: Ongoing

Schedule: Full-time preferred; open to 2 weeks per month

Shift Details: Monday–Friday, clinic and OR

Work Details

Support Staff: 1 PA (no other MDs)

Average Patient Volume: ~20 patients per day in clinic

Procedures: 10–15 per week

Surgeries: 3–4 per day in OR

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Bed Size: 99

Robotics: None

Special Procedures: In-clinic vasectomy and infant circumcision (optional)

Equipment: Disposable flexible stethoscopes provided

Interview: Phone interview required


Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible: Yes (Urology)

License: Arizona or IMLC

DEA: Required

CSR: Not required

Experience: Minimum 1 year


Credentialing

Estimated Timeframe: ~30 days
